150L vibratory bowl is suitable for batch small or medium size of metal and non-metallic parts' deburring, polishing and processing. It can remove the burrs, edges, rust, stain and marks from the surface, so that the surface of the parts achieves a certain cleaning and brightness.

 

We can supply standard vibratory tumbler bowl deburring polishing machine from 40L to 65L.

How does the Vibratory Polishing Machine work?

Driven by a vibration motor, the mixture of polishing media and compounds constantly contacts the part's surface, their mutual friction attain the purpose of all kinds of finishings. For quick and convenient discharging the parts, the vibratory machine is designed with automatic parts-media separating section, which greatly reduces manpower.

This vibratory polishing machine with screen section allows automatically separation of media and workparts after finishing. The polishing media will drop through the screen hole leaving the workparts discharged automatically. WIth the separator, the vibratory bowl achieves higher automation.
