Packing & Delivery
The equipment is mainly composed of upper roller device, lower roller device, main transmission system, balancing device, chassis and other parts. Upper roller device: Upper roller device includes upper roller, upper roller bearing seat and sliding bearing, etc. The upper roller is the main component of the plate rolling machine. The upper roller is in the shape of a drum, which is used to compensate for the deformation and deflection of the upper roller under force. The upper roller is made of 45 #steel.
Lower roller device: The lower roller device includes two lower rollers, lower roller wall plate, sliding bearing, rod transmission mechanism, etc. The lower device provides positive and negative torque for the rolled plate. Through the main transmission output gear and the lower roller input gear, the transmission torque. The lower roller is made of 45 #steel. The lower roller sliding bearing is made of SF-1 self-lubricating composite material. Main drive system: The main drive system consists of the main motor, gear reducer, output gear, etc. The system can be reversed to provide working power, and the torque is transmitted to the lower gear through the main gear reducer, output gear, and lower roller gear to make the lower rotation. Relying on friction to drive the plate feed to complete the rolling work.
Balancing device: The balancing device consists of two tie rods and a balancing beam. After the side frame is overturned, the balancing device presses the tail of the upper roller to maintain the balance of the upper roller.
